AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TOWN OF WESTCLIFFE FEE SCHEDULE TO AMEND PARK USE FEES
On the 10th day of December 2024, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Westcliffe, Colorado, adopted the following Ordinances:
AN ORDINANCE SUMMARIZING EXPENDITURES FOR EACH FUND AND ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE TOWN OF WESTCLIFFE, COLORADO FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR BEGINNING ON THE FIRST DAY OF JANUARY 2025 AND ENDING ON THE LAST DAY OF DECEMBER 2025.
On the 19th day of November 2024, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Westcliffe, Colorado, adopted the following Ordinance:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF WESTCLIFFE, CUSTER COUNTY, COLORADO, REZONING AND AMENDING THE TOWN’S ZONING MAP REGARDING 106 SOUTH 7TH STREET
On the 19th day of November 2024, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Westcliffe, Colorado, adopted the following Ordinance:
NOTICE is hereby given of a public hearing before the Town of Westcliffe Board of Trustees at 5:30 p.m. on September 17th 2024, at the Westcliffe Town Hall 1000 Main Street for consideration of approving rezoning Lots 12 and 13 in Shadow Ridge Subdivision from Residential to Multi Family.
At its September 17, 2024 regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. following the hearing, the Board of Trustees will consider rezoning such property.
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing before the Town of Westcliffe Planning Commission at 3:00 p.m. on October 2, 2024, at the Westcliffe Town Hall 1000 Main Street for consideration of approving rezoning 106 South 7th Street from Residential Single Family to Traditional Neighborhood.
At its October 2, 2024 regular meeting at 3:00 p.m. following the hearing, the Planning Commission will consider passage recommending an ordinance to rezone such property to the Board of Trustees.
