NOTICE is hereby given of a public hearing before the Town of Westcliffe Board of Trustees at 5:30 p.m. on September 17th 2024, at the Westcliffe Town Hall 1000 Main Street for consideration of approving rezoning Lots 12 and 13 in Shadow Ridge Subdivision from Residential to Multi Family.
At its September 17, 2024 regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. following the hearing, the Board of Trustees will consider rezoning such property.
