If you are reading this letter, you are either a property owner or an adjacent property owner of land being rezoned between: 

North boundary: Hafford Avenue 

West boundary: 4th Street 

South boundary: Lincoln Avenue 

East boundary: CO S. HW69

Notice is hereby given of a public hearing before the Town of Westcliffe Board of Trustees at 5:30 p.m. on November 19, 2024 at the Westcliffe Town Hall 1000 Main Street for consideration of approving rezoning blocks: 19, 20, 33 (Lots 1-14), & 34 to Multi-Family District and consideration of approving rezoning: Town owned lots 15-28 of Block 33 in Westcliffe from Residential to Multi Family District. 

At its November 19, 2024 regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. following the hearing, the Board of Trustees will consider rezoning these lots. If you are not able to attend in person you may attend by Zoom, information regarding the invite will be on the Town of Westcliffe page.
