Notice of Public Hearing October 2, 2024

Notice is hereby given of a public hearing before the Town of Westcliffe Planning Commission at 3:00 p.m. on October 2, 2024, at the Westcliffe Town Hall 1000 Main Street for consideration of approving rezoning 106 South 7th Street from Residential Single Family to Traditional Neighborhood.

At its October 2, 2024 regular meeting at 3:00 p.m. following the hearing, the Planning Commission will consider passage recommending an ordinance to rezone such property to the Board of Trustees.

Notice of Public Hearing Lot 12 and 13 Shadow Ridge

Notice is hereby given of a public hearing before the Town of Westcliffe Planning Commission at 3:00 p.m. on August 7, 2024, at the Westcliffe Town Hall 1000 Main Street for consideration of approving rezoning Lots 12 and 13 in Shadow Ridge Subdivision from Residential to Multi Family.

At its June 5th, 2024 regular meeting at 3:00 p.m. following the hearing, the Planning Commission will consider passage recommending an ordinance to rezone such property to the Board of Trustees.

Planning Commission Vacancy

The Westcliffe Planning Commission needs to fill a vacancy on the Commission. The member must be 18 years of age or older and must live within the Town of Westcliffe limits.  If interested, please submit a letter of interest to the Town of Westcliffe at P.O. Box 406 or Patterson Hall – 1000 Main Street, Westcliffe, Colorado 81252.

Letters of interest must be submitted on or before July 17, by 5:00 p.m.
