NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE is hereby given of a public hearing before the Town of Westcliffe Planning Commission at 3:00 p.m. on June 5th 2024, at the Westcliffe Town Hall 1000 Main Street for consideration of approving rezoning Lots 12 and 13 in Shadow Ridge Subdivision from Residential to Multi Family. 

At its June 5^th, 2024 regular meeting at 3:00 p.m. following the hearing, the Planning Commission will consider passage recommending an ordinance to rezone such property to the Board of Trustees.
