Langston Concrete has begun initial work on the Westcliffe TAP Improvements Project as of July 1, 2024. The project includes street widening for parking, curb, gutter, and sidewalk improvements, and repaving on S. Adams Boulevard and Rosita Street and is expected to be completed in October.
Work is expected to start at the intersection of 2nd Street and Rosita Street and will progress to the west, and then north on S. Adams Blvd to the intersection of Main Street. Businesses will remain open during construction, and access to businesses will be maintained throughout the duration of the project.
Langston Concrete would like to thank all residents of Westcliffe & the surrounding area for being patient during the construction process. We are hopeful that this short period of inconvenience for construction will yield a nicer, safer, and more walkable downtown experience for all residents and visitors.
