NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE is hereby given of a public hearing before the Town of Westcliffe Planning Commission at 3:00 p.m. on October 2, 2024, at the Westcliffe Town Hall 1000 Main Street for consideration of approving rezoning 106 South 7^th Street from Residential Single Family to Traditional Neighborhood.  

At its October 2, 2024 regular meeting at 3:00 p.m. following the hearing, the Planning Commission will consider passage recommending an ordinance to rezone such property to the Board of Trustees.
