Introducing the Newest Members of the Town of Westcliffe Board of Trustees: Bob Fulton and Mark Dembosky Committed to Community and Progress.

Westcliffe, CO – September 21, 2023 - The Town of Westcliffe is pleased to announce the addition of Bob Fulton and Mark Dembosky to the Town's Board of Trustees. Both bring a wealth of experience and a commitment to community service, which will undoubtedly contribute to the Board’s ongoing efforts to enhance the Town of Westcliffe.

Meet Bob Fulton

Bob Fulton, a Virginia native, moved to Westcliffe in 1996 after discovering the beauty of the valley two years prior. He has a background in trucking and logistics, having moved freight worldwide before settling into our quaint town. His local contributions include involvement with the Historic Beckwith Ranch and Frontier Pathways, our scenic byway. Bob is also an entrepreneur who founded a historic restoration business to preserve many structures around the West.

In 2017, Bob joined the Planning Commission, gaining invaluable experience in local governance. Bob expressed his eagerness to contribute further, stating, "I look forward to doing the best that I can for our town and welcome any input from our citizens to assist the Trustees in guiding our town.”

Meet Mark Dembosky

Mark Dembosky, originally from Pennsylvania, has a deep-rooted love for the outdoors and dark skies. Mark holds engineering degrees from Villanova and Penn State Universities and has a vast professional background in the railroad industry and aerospace sector. His skills range from data collection and analysis to budget management and industry/government liaison work.

After living in Fremont and Custer counties since 1976, Mark is deeply invested in the local community. Married for over 45 years with three children and four grandchildren, family and community are at the core of Mark's values.

Moving Forward

Both Fulton and Dembosky are committed to ensuring that Westcliffe remains a place where its rich history and natural beauty are treasured, while planning responsibly for the future. Their unique experiences will undoubtedly bring fresh perspectives to the Board as it continues to serve the Westcliffe community.
