Desired qualifications include demonstrated problem solving ability, positive experience in dealing with the public, management and supervisory experience, preferably in a similar position, grant writing helpful, knowledge of the 2006 IBC International Building Code, and International Residential Code. Construction Management experience. Experience in road construction and public works project management.
